Short story: I love my Healy and I think everyone in the whole world should have one.

Longer story:

My husband and I were a bit skeptical, so we started with the Gold Edition, using the Gold Cycle exclusively for almost 6 weeks. I love - LOVE - the Release and Care programs, and could feel myself relaxing and healing on a deep level. I still use those programs a lot. After realising that we both loved the Healy, we took advantage of one of the promotions and bought the Professional one. (His Mom got the Gold one and uses it every day.)

I'm so glad we did. I genuinely love it, and it's rare for me (for either of us) to go a day without using it.

Since I started using the Healy, my sleep has improved enormously. I haven't taken a painkiller since the first use and now when something comes up, I know to get out the Healy first. My last few period cycles have been more regular and much less painful. I got through leading a retreat with energy to spare, and I had the easiest jet-lag recovery ever.

I am learning more and more about what each program does, and feel like I am starting to see even more potential in it for expanding my creativity and energy.

I'm now focusing on using the Resonance Analysis app and running programs that will help with healing my gut. I have had stomach pain and digestive challenges all of my life. Now I get out the Healy at the first sign of discomfort and I am confident that that plus dietary changes and other energy work will help me move through the pain and heal much more quickly.

I've discovered that creating my own protocols for specific healing that I want to do and following them for a month or six weeks at a time really works for me. I've also found that when you focus on healing one thing, other things that you would never have thought were connected heal too. It's like magic.

I'm a huge fan of the programs: Positive Thoughts, Regeneration, and Hypersensitivity because of the way my body feels when I have run them.

If you are interested in a Healy, I recommend that you have a look around the site. They can't go deeply into what the programs DO on the site because they can't make medical claims, but there's some interesting information on there. Total honesty? The site and app can be a bit wonky, but I still love it! Healy as a company is less than 3 years old - I am so glad to have found them when I did.
