What: A two-hour RECORDED workshop.

Includes: A guided meditation, teaching, journalling prompts

Materials: A candle and a lighter, some loose paper to write on, and a journal. 

This workshop was recorded at the equinox in March 2024. But it was done with the intention that you can do it any time you want to Begin something.

Because we can always make a new choice.

Do we do what we have always done, or do we slightly alter course?
