What You Used to Value

Values Part 2

There’s no sense in looking for good fortune everywhere when you could be focusing on the good fortune that really matters to you.

Journal Question:

What USED to matter to you? Do at least two different ages. Three is good too.

  1. Imagine that you are sitting across the table from yourself at 17/18/19 or 20. What do they say that they truly value? What mattered to you then?

  2. Imagine that you are sitting across the table from yourself at 30 or 40. What do they say that they truly value? What mattered to you then?

Yes, over the weekend, I experienced 'wild good fortune' in many ways. I think part of that is because through this course, I'm aware of good fortune, and in intentionally 'in that current'.

And, I'm practicing 'holding it longer'. Feeling that 'more than enoughness' in these moments with money before I pay the bills, and in these moments with love and joy and peace and gratitude - feeling so full and nourished - before going about my day. (I am bringing those into my day, of course, but just feeling that fullness, first, and living from there. That's fun.)

@Joy Holland Stay in the current! I'd love to see how much wilder your good fortune can get.
