What Matters To You?
When we know what really matters to us, we can start paying attention to how that shows up in our lives.
Journal Question:
Pull together all of the Values exercises you have ever done, what you won’t compromise on, all of the things that you value, all of the things that you identify with (and what that means you value), and decide what it is that you value now.
Answer this question: What truly matters to me? I encourage you to pick 4 - 6 things that are the Values you are living by right now. (Remember, these are For YOU. You never have to show or tell anyone. Be honest.)
