Stay longer

  • in goodness

  • in awe

  • in good fortune

  • in the moment

  • in the feelings you feel


  1. Stay in whatever moment you are in longer.

  2. If/when you ‘tip out’, notice (kindly) where you are tipping to. Are you tipping from abundance into lack? Are you tipping into the ‘but…’ . Notice where you go. There is good information in there for you. What story is there? What story meets you when you come out of awe?
